Detailed Itinerary
Day 01 : Arrival Amritsar Wagah Border & Local Sight Seeing
Pick-up from Amritsar Airport/Railway Station and drop to Hotel. Check-in the Hotel, After some rest visit Wagah Border. Evening visit the Golden Temple (The famous Sikh pilgrim place) and Jaliawalan Bagh. Overnight at the hotel.
Golden Temple: The most important Sikh shrine which is also called Mecca for the Sikhs is a living symbol of the spiritual and historical traditions of the Sikhs.
Day 02 : Amritsar to Dalhousie
After breakfast Check-out from Hotel & drive to Dalhousie. Evening reach Check-in the Hotel. Evening free for Leisure. Dinner & overnight stay in Hotel.
Dalhousie: Situated at 2039 mts in the outer slopes of the DhaulaDhar range with its natural beauty and surroundings. Rest of the day for leisure and shopping. Overnight stay at Dalhousie.
Day 03 : Dalhousie (Full day trip Khajjiar)
Full day sightseeing to Khajjiar, 25 kms from Dalhousie. It’s one of the most scenic saucer-shaped plateaux, surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests. Its beauty is enhanced by a small lake in the center with a floating island and a 9-hole golf course. Explore other nearby attractions before returning to Dalhousie for overnight stay.
Day 04 : Dalhousie to Dharamshala Sightseeing (120 KM)
After breakfast, drive to Dharamshala.
Dharamshala: A hill station lying on the spur of the Dhauladhar range about 17 kms north-east of Kangra town. Snow capped mountains enfold three sides of the town while the valley stretches in front. Dharamshala midway local sightseeing includes Mcleodganj, Dalai Lama Temple, Naddi, Dal Lake, Churches, Panchpula, and Subhash Baoli. Arrive and check into the hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure. Overnight stay at Dharamshala.
Day 05 : Dharamshala - Local Sightseeing
Today enjoy a full day excursion visiting Kangra Devi, Naina Devi & Chintpurni Temple - these temples are one of the 51 Shakti Peethas. Also visit Kangra Town. Overnight stay at Dharamshala hotel.
Day 06 : Dharamshala to Amritsar Departure
After Breakfast, check-out from Hotel & drop to Amritsar Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey.
