Before 60 days of your travel date if you cancel your trip then 20% of the amount charge applicable as per cancellation policy.
Before 59 to 30 days of your travel date if you cancel your trip then 40% of the amount charge applicable as per cancellation policy.
Before 29 to 15 Days of your travel date if you cancel your trip then 60% of the amount charge applicable as per cancellation policy.
Before 14 to 08 Days of your travel date if you cancel your trip then 80% of the amount charge applicable as per cancellation policy.
Less than 7 days of your travel date if you cancel your trip then 100% amount charge applicable as per cancellation policy. (There is no refund)

Refund After Cancellation
The Refund after cancellation of the booking will be take 14 working days from the cancellation date. If you cancelling any Railway/Airline/Volvo ticket's all refund will be processed after receiving by the respective Airline/Service provider.
